Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agencies and other distribution partners to drive market growth.
Create and manage individual sales and marketing activities that will deliver results for identified Key Accounts.
Represent the company at trade shows, luxury travel events, afterwork gatherings and organize Sani/Ikos Group events to strengthen brand presence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and guide strategic positioning.
Travel frequently (approx. 10 out of 20 workdays/month), managing communication and daily tasks while on the move.
Collaborate effectively in a hybrid or remote setup, maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
University/College degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, or equivalent vocational education.
3–5 years of experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry, specifically in Sales & Marketing for Luxury products, with strong knowledge of the DACH markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with a customer-centric mindset and a high sense of accountability and responsibility.
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
Ability to work independently or lead small teams in a hybrid/remote setting, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
Flexibility to travel frequently and attend client-facing events, including occasional evening or social functions.
